Our reconditioned smartphones and accessories come with a warranty that covers malfunctions that are not the result of the device’s normal wear and tear. Under this warranty, we will accept your device for repairs. If the repair cannot be performed, we will replace the product under warranty by another reconditioned product of the same or equivalent product line, stock permitting. (Please refer to the warranty terms of the partner site where you made your purchase.)

To use your warranty, you must first confirm it using our website https://sav.phonerecyclesolution.com, by entering your phone’s IMEI.

In case of a malfunction, you can report the issue at the same website. In order to submit an issue report online, please go to the Report an Issue page. Once you have filled out and submitted the form, a customer support representative will process your request and respond within 48 hours. The details of the procedure for receiving and processing your device will be sent to you via email.

Phones which have the following defects are not covered by the warranty:

1- Broken screen

Symptoms:

· A purple or black spot appears on the screen and stretches: This occurs when the liquid crystal gel escapes from the pixels

· White or pink lines appear on the screen

· The screen sparkles

· Screen is completely black

· Tactile no longer responding

All of these symptoms may be linked to the screen being broken externally or internally, or result from an impact that has damaged the LCD screen.

2- Impact marks on the frame or screen contour

3- Home button cracked

4- Oxidation

Oxidation (rust) on a device is not necessarily visible on a phone at first glance; however, a white disc placed inside the device will turn red if the device becomes oxidized.

It can also be evidenced by small whitish spots which appear in the device, as well as sometimes by traces of rust.

There are several factors which can cause oxidation. Operating the device in environments that are too damp (bathroom/kitchen), is the main cause of oxidation. Other circumstances include perspiration, splashes, as well as accidentally dropping the device in any kind of liquid (water, coffee, soda, etc.).

We are unable to provide a repair quote for any device which is diagnosed as having oxidization.

5 - Back glass cover is cracked

6 - Chassis is twisted

7 - Headphone jack is broken

8 - Charging connector is broken

9 - SIM card is ripped or broken internally

10 - Internal component cut, torn or damaged due to improper use

11 - Repairs not made by our After Sale Service

 

In such a case, we reserve the right to refuse to repair your phone regardless of its malfunction.

Performing repairs on a device which has even slight damage can damage the device further, and it is therefore not possible for us to service it.

Depending on the physical condition of your device, we may provide you with a quote for its repair, and the malfunction would then be covered by the warranty.

All devices are fully tested before being sold, and may only be sold if the physical condition of the device permits.

Are you worried about the origin of the components of your device? There is no need to contact the After Sales Service, we explain why.

 

This message means that some components such as the battery of your devicehave been replaced during the refurbishment. The spare parts that have beenused are new, high quality and Apple compatible.

The use of the device is not affected in any way. Nor does this message meanthat the component of your device is of poor quality.

 

·        This notification is not a breakdown. It will be visible on the lockedhome screen for 4 days and for 15 days in the device settings. In rare cases, the message will be maintained in the settings.

A return to the workshop for repair is therefore unnecessary.

 

·        If the component being replaced is the battery, it is also likely thatbattery health information will no longer be available and an icon mayreplace the % battery remaining indicator in the upper right corner ofthe screen.
